Delivery Terms
Lighting Loft LTD (“we” and “us”) is the owner and operator of this website (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and clarify expectations regarding our service.
General:
Subject to stock availability: We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but discrepancies may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will fulfil available items and contact you regarding any backordered products. You may choose to wait until the item restocks or request a refund.
Shipping Costs:
- Delivery is charged at £2.50 for orders below £30.
- Orders £30 and above qualify for free delivery.
- Delivery is generally available throughout the United Kingdom. International shipping may be possible for an additional fee; please contact us for enquiries.
- All import duties and taxes for international deliveries are not included and must be paid by the customer. If unsure, please contact us before placing an order.
Delivery Terms:
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Most products are delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- If you have not received your order after this period, please contact us and we will investigate.
- For large trade purchases, please contact us beforehand to confirm shipping times, as these may vary depending on quantities.
- Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
- Lighting Loft LTD is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Where available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information, please contact us.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately.
Items Out of Stock:
If an item is unavailable, we may hold your order until it can be fulfilled. If you prefer not to wait, please contact us to request a refund.
Delivery Time Exceeded:
If your delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate. Please allow a reasonable period for enquiries to be carried out.
- Where an order cannot be located, we may issue a refund, replacement, or credit note.
- Lighting Loft LTD is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of courier delays or third-party issues.
Parcels Damaged in Transit:
If a parcel arrives damaged, please photograph or video it before opening and forward the evidence to us.
Damage to packaging alone does not automatically entitle you to reject the goods.
Faulty Goods:
If your goods arrive faulty, please contact us immediately with details and photographs.
- If agreed, you may be required to return the goods. Reasonable return costs will be covered by us.
- You are entitled to a refund or replacement if faults are reported within 30 days of receipt.
Tracking Notifications:
Customers will usually receive tracking information where applicable. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
Duties & Taxes:
- All prices displayed on the website include VAT.
- Import duties and taxes may apply for international shipments and remain the responsibility of the customer.
- Failure to pay applicable duties may result in the parcel being returned. Any return costs may be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations:
