30 DAY RETURNS
Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you return an item because you no longer want it or it is not suitable, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Lighting Loft Ltd for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.
You may be asked to provide photographs or return the item for inspection.
RETURN PROCESS

We will provide the return address and instructions.
Items should be securely packaged and returned with proof of purchase.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.
Please allow up to 10 days for processing after the item has been delivered to us.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
