In some cases, alternative rechargeable batteries can be supplied depending on client requirements and order volume. For large trade orders, we can usually accommodate specific requests regarding battery size and performance (subject to MOQ). Please contact us to find out more.

Please note: refunds can only be issued once the item has been received and processed. Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded, until they have been returned to us.

Once your order has been submitted, it can only be cancelled as long as the item has not been dispatched. If it has been dispatched, after receiving it, you’ll then have the option to return it to us.

In most cases, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking details and would like an update on your delivery, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Because of the high volume of orders we handle and the variety of suppliers and couriers we work with, tracking may not always be available for every shipment.
